Before you send

Read the ground rules and the terms. You agree to both when you apply.

Ground rules

Be honest and friendly about what Cmpus does.
Ask before adding people to groups, filming them or posting their photos.
Follow college rules for notices, posters and events.
Use the official name and logo as the Cmpus team provides them.
Tell your Campus Lead or Cmpus early if something goes wrong.

Don't

Create fake accounts or duplicate signups, or ask others to. Every signup is checked; fake ones don't count.
Spam, repeatedly message people or mass-add them to groups.
Promise features that are not live, such as buying, selling or payments inside Cmpus.
Call Cmpus an official college app without the college's agreement.
Share students' details, chats or ID documents.
Describe the programme as a paid job, or collect money for Cmpus.

Staying in the programme

Inactive for 4 weeks without telling your Lead, and your spot may go to another student.
Breaking the rules can lead to removal without a certificate.
You may leave at any time. After 3 months of active participation, you still qualify for the certificate.
Cmpus will tell you before major programme changes.

Terms and conditions

A volunteer role
Cmpus Teams is a volunteer programme run by Silverscale Technologies Private Limited (Cmpus). It is not a job, internship or contract of employment. There is no salary, stipend, commission or payout of any kind.

Time
You agree to give at least 3 to 5 hours a week, around your classes. Tell your Campus Lead before exams or breaks.

Selection
Applying does not guarantee a place. Cmpus decides who joins and in which role, and may approve, waitlist or decline any application.

Your details
Cmpus uses what you send here only to review your application and contact you about the programme. Only the Cmpus team can see it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your name and photo
Once you join, Cmpus may show your name, photo, role and campus on your profile badge and, with your permission, in Cmpus posts about the programme.

Representing Cmpus
Use the Cmpus name and logo only as the team provides them. You may not sign agreements, make promises or collect money on Cmpus's behalf.

The certificate
The certificate needs 3 months of active participation and is not automatic. Cmpus decides whether it is issued, and hands it over in person.

Leaving and removal
You may leave at any time. Cmpus may remove anyone who breaks the ground rules or these terms, without a certificate.

Changes
Cmpus may change the programme, its roles and goals. We will tell you before major changes.
